Salary: $152,000 - $243,250

What you will do

• Own the identification, qualification, and closure of international defense business opportunities.
• Develop and execute aggressive capture strategies to convert opportunities into contract awards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Contracts, and Finance to align resources.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior military, government, and industry leaders.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, procurement timelines, and geopolitical developments.
• Manage a disciplined opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of international business development or defense industry experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance and contract eligibility.
• Proven track record of closing complex international defense deals (FMS/DCS).
• Strong understanding of international defense procurement processes and acquisition organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 50% of the time.
• Active US SECRET clearance preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in international relations or foreign policy.
• Experience working with defense technology such as UAS, electronic warfare, or C-UAS.
