Salary: $152,000 - $243,250

What you will do

• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new segments within the Electronic Warfare market.
• Identify customer requirements and capability gaps to position EW solutions effectively.
• Coordinate and deliver capability briefings and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer exercises.
• Validate new business opportunities and execute growth strategies in a competitive marketplace.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage program budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of business development experience in government, defense, or intelligence industries.
• Active Top Secret clearance required (SCI preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Deep understanding of SIGINT, EW, and Offensive Cyber Operations mission sets.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

• General understanding of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IOT, and L-Band SatComm protocols.
