What you will do

• Lead sustainment capture efforts across Europe to secure new contracts, recompete opportunities, and task order business.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies that balance customer value and corporate business objectives.
• Conduct competitive assessments and market analysis to inform win strategies and positioning.
• Develop pricing strategies and price-to-win models to support competitive proposals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage teaming partners and suppliers to strengthen capture solutions.
• Lead cross-functional capture teams and maintain collaboration with program Lines of Business (LOBs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret government security clearance.
• Proven international business experience.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule at a designated hirify.global facility in Fort Worth, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing aircraft sustainment or logistics solutions.
• Understanding of Pursuit & Capture processes and Corporate policies.
• Experience working with high-ranking domestic and international civil and military customers.
• Knowledge and expertise in AMMM, IFG, or F35 programs.
