Salary: $175,000 - $257,250

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end capture execution for classified IC pursuits from qualification to proposal submission.
• Shape capture strategies for IC, space, and advanced R&D customers, aligning technical and operational concepts to mission objectives.
• Develop capture plans including competitive positioning, teaming, staffing, pricing, win strategies, and customer engagement.
• Build detailed customer profiles on mission priorities, acquisition behaviors, and evaluation preferences.
• Partner with leadership, architects, and SMEs to create credible, mission-aligned solutions.
• Manage B&P budgets, internal reviews, and cross-functional capture teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• U.S. person per ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 12+ years in IC or supporting IC missions with leadership experience
• 7+ years leading capture, solution architecture, or proposals for DoD/IC with wins
• Deep IC/DoD mission knowledge, procurement processes, and security requirements
• Experience with budgets, non-traditional acquisitions (OTA, CSO), Salesforce CRM, and travel
