Global Product Manager- Water/Wastewater (Duesseldorf, Germany OR Colorado, US) (m/w/d)

Location: Hybrid role based in Düsseldorf, Germany, or Loveland, Colorado, US; three days onsite and two days remote.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 USD per year in the US, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own global profitability, P&L, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for a nutrient online analyzer product line.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, pricing strategies, growth plans, and commercial execution plans.
• Analyze customer needs, market segments, competitors, product performance, and portfolio gaps, with a focus on wastewater treatment.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, sales enablement, and value proposition positioning.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams across regions.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate market insights into product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.
• Experience contributing to commercial performance, including revenue growth, pricing, or business cases.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced business education.
• Experience with global product launches.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies.
