Global Product Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Global Product Manager (Water/Wastewater): Managing the global profitability, strategy, and lifecycle of nutrient online analyzers with an accent on market segmentation, commercial execution, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on driving revenue growth, defining pricing strategies, and translating customer insights into actionable product roadmaps.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Düsseldorf, Germany or Loveland, Colorado, US. Role is hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote).

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 USD per year (US-based roles).

What you will do

• Own the global P&L and lifecycle strategy for the assigned product line.
• Develop business cases, growth strategies, and revenue initiatives.
• Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to drive go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives to translate market needs into product requirements.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and Lean methodology tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within water or wastewater treatment industries.
• Proven track record in commercial performance, including revenue growth and business case development.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
• Strong English communication skills.

• MBA or advanced business education.

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies.
