Worldwide Portfolio Product Marketing Manager (Industrial Printing)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America; 25% travel; relocation available.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Own worldwide business performance and lifecycle strategy for assigned hirify.global PageWide Industrial products.
• Plan product introductions, portfolio optimization, upgrades, transitions, and end-of-life or end-of-support activities.
• Gather customer, regional, partner, and competitive insights and lead Voice of Customer activities.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, pricing guidance, forecasts, and profitability improvements.
• Enable regional teams with product positioning, messaging, competitive guidance, updates, and customer-facing materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Services, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business management, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Experience managing product portfolios, lifecycle strategies, or business performance in a global environment.
• Experience working directly with customers, sales organizations, and cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong product and portfolio management, financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, business case, and market analysis skills.
• Knowledge of commercial or industrial printing technologies, workflows, and market dynamics is preferred.
