What you will do

• Lead aircraft systems architecture, including mechanical packaging, thermal and fuel systems, and requirements support.
• Manage top-level CAD assemblies, interface control models, and detailed design of parts and subassemblies.
• Conduct engineering analysis including thermal modeling, structural analysis, and weight and balance modeling.
• Develop supply chain and procurement plans, contribute to prototype builds, and execute verification test strategies.
• Provide team leadership through mentoring, project timeline management, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of end-to-end aerospace product lifecycle experience (CoDR/PDR/CDR).
• 5+ years of NX experience with large, complex assemblies and ASME Y14.5/GD&T standards.
• Proficiency in thermal analysis (Simscape, Amesim, StarCCM+, Ansys) and FEA tools (NASTRAN, Hyperworks).
• Experience designing to DO160 and DO311 standards and working with metallic/composite structures.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
