What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve design issues early in the product development cycle.
• Develop assembly process flows and identify risks for new electro-mechanical products.
• Create detailed assembly process documentation for pilot teams and contract manufacturers.
• Design and qualify assembly tools and fixtures to support production requirements.
• Assist in evaluating assembly issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Train personnel on proper product assembly methods.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing engineering position.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site, in our Agoura Hills, CA facility.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and documenting parts and assemblies.
• Experience with Teamcenter and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with SolidWorks PDM.
