What you will do

• Conduct high-volume prospecting through multi-channel outbound sales motions.
• Develop multi-touch engagement activities including email campaigns and call scripts.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate database solutions.
• Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Educate prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
• Contribute to the refinement of the company’s lead-generation playbook.

Requirements

• Must be based on the West Coast of the United States.
• Two or more years of experience in sales development, preferably in SaaS or the database industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and performance goals.
• Technical aptitude for mastering sales tech stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency with AI applications such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on personalized outreach.
