What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Managers to master their roles and hit key performance metrics.
• Design, test, and deploy new processes to improve team efficiency and onboarding performance.
• Ensure alignment between sales, customer success, and other cross-functional organizations.
• Handle customer escalations and oversee the scoping and planning of client projects.
• Provide radically candid feedback and coaching to drive individual and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah
• Proven experience in designing and deploying processes to improve team performance.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing direct reports.
• Strong experience in customer-facing roles, specifically within post-sales or onboarding.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with C-level executives and SMB owners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in a post-sales (Customer Success, Onboarding) role.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of developing teams while hitting implementation targets.
• Bachelor’s degree.
