What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise-scale CMMS and multi-product customers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring delivery quality and on-time go-live success.
• Design and execute advanced data migration strategies, including multi-system normalization and hierarchy modeling.
• Apply AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency for clients.
• Mentor and coach implementation team members on consultative delivery and complex project execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence product improvements based on implementation insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions or leading complex customer deployments.
• Proven ability to manage high-complexity, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong experience with data migration, integrations, and advanced configuration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
