What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the agentic Growth Engine across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Architect autonomous systems for creative generation, rotation, bidding, and budget optimization.
• Write and review code to establish high engineering standards for quality, availability, and system health.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate growth objectives into platform capabilities and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Mentor engineers and act as a force multiplier through design reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with ML/AI and data platform teams to optimize the models and signals feeding campaign performance.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
• Proven technical leadership experience in setting strategy and mentoring engineers.
• Experience driving alignment with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta or Google.
