What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical authority for electrical tests, establishing best practices and providing oversight for test programs.
• Develop and maintain test programs for the Cirris CH2 platform, including continuity, shorts, resistance, and high-voltage testing.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and interface adapters for the connector library and harness configurations.
• Lead electrical verification for First Article Inspections (FAI) and act as the technical representative during customer witness testing.
• Mentor and develop Test Specialists through hands-on coaching and structured technical reviews.
• Manage calibration status, fixture inventory, and 5S standards for the test area.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electrical test, manufacturing engineering, or production test.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Expertise with automated wire harness test equipment (Cirris preferred) and hipot/dielectric testing.
• Strong ability to interpret schematics, wire lists, and knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 acceptance criteria.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) to conform to ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in AS9100 or NASA 8739.4 manufacturing environments.
• Experience with RF cable testing, including insertion loss, return loss, VSWR, and VNA.
• Skills in designing custom test fixtures using CAD, machining, or 3D printing.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIS or CIT certification.
