What you will do

• Perform daily preventative, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on power plant electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair analog and digital control circuits, motors, and switchgear ranging from 120V to 115KV.
• Maintain and calibrate Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs) and Continuous Opacity Monitoring (COMs) systems.
• Utilize PLC ladder logic and equipment manuals to diagnose malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis.
• Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usage in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations, including rotating on-call duties for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industrial plant experience repairing high-voltage electrical equipment and electronic instrumentation.
• Valid Driver’s License and High School diploma.
• Electrical journeyman’s license or equivalent solid technical experience.
• Ability to obtain MA 1C/2C/3A Hoisting licenses.
• Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, switchgear, and process control transmitters.
• Physical ability to work in extreme temperatures, climb 345’ ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
