What you will do

• Perform final testing, calibration, and qualification of newly manufactured or refurbished systems.
• Manage and document all manufacturing test data associated with Acceptance Testing.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and collaborate with Engineering and R&D to implement corrective actions.
• Compile statistical reports and analyze discrepancy data to improve product quality.
• Integrate tubing and plumbing connections according to technical schematics.
• Present system status and schedule updates at daily team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Horsham, PA
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or field service background preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret highly technical documents, including schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:30pm – 12:00am) and occasional overtime, holidays, or weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
