Technical Recruiter II (Fixed Term)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing technician hiring and Manufacturing Engineering searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans, timelines, and recruiting strategies.
• Build technician pipelines at scale and source specialized Manufacturing Engineering talent, including passive candidates.
• Manage pipeline volume, conversion, hiring velocity, and candidate experience during periods of high demand.
• Lead interview debriefs and guide hiring teams through evaluation, decisions, and closing.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify risks, and maintain consistent ATS processes and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or other technical hardware organizations.
• Experience with high-volume technician hiring and Manufacturing Engineering recruiting in aerospace, automotive, defense, hardware, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, sourcing, and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Must work in person in Long Beach, California, and meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience working autonomously in a high-growth, fast-scaling organization.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
