What you will do

• Serve as the first line of defense for employee IT issues, focusing on macOS troubleshooting and network connectivity.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and re-provisioning.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and AppleCare tracking with external vendors.
• Maintain conference room AV systems and manage inventory of peripherals.
• Execute IT onboarding for new hires and support office moves or device shipments.
• Monitor hardware aging and coordinate refresh cycles to ensure team needs are met.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong macOS experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools and MDM systems like Jamf.
• Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset for inventory tracking.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston hub for an IRL-first hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AV equipment like Zoom Rooms, Logitech, or Polycom.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager or zero-touch deployment tools.
• Experience with Oomnitza.
