What you will do

• Serve as first-level technical support for a fully remote workforce across multiple operating systems and devices.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes coordinating with multiple teams.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, access management, and company hardware/software.
• Enforce security policies and protect company data against cyber threats and compliance risks.
• Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap planning, and technology evaluations to support company growth.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and create documentation to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of user support and IT administration experience.
• Proven experience supporting remote-first users and advanced IT administration, preferably in a startup environment.
• Expertise in macOS, with working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, JumpCloud, and Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in software access management and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work independently.
