What you will do

• Assist with warehouse management functions, including the receipt, storage, and transportation of materials.
• Support materials transportation activities, including packing, shipping, and receiving functions.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records to prevent damage and loss.
• Update inventory management systems to ensure material accountability.
• Follow established safety protocols for handling materials, including hazardous materials.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to follow strict security guidelines related to material handling and movement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under deadlines and potentially support operations beyond traditional business hours.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Possession of a valid CDL Class A or Class B license.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and material accountability practices.
