What you will do

• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs, including QBRs and productivity benchmarks, for the GTM leadership team.
• Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles, developing headcount models, territory design, and sales quotas.
• Design and optimize sales territories using data-driven methodologies to ensure maximum market coverage.
• Collaborate with the Data team to deploy predictive models and business intelligence reporting.
• Analyze sales pipeline and marketing funnel health to identify growth indicators and bottlenecks.
• Conduct TAM/SAM and "white space" analyses to identify new vertical or geographic expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in GTM planning, strategy, or analytics within high-growth SaaS or infrastructure environments.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with modern data processing engines like AWS Athena to extract insights from raw data.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as Magic Number, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, and NRR.
• Ability to prototype complex models in Excel/Google Sheets and transition them to scalable BI solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
