What you will do

• Drive annual operating plans, including goal setting, performance management, and executive-level business reviews.
• Establish key business metrics and develop sophisticated forecast models to project results and measure gaps.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Finance.
• Act as an internal consultant to business leaders, providing structured frameworks to solve ambiguous problems.
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to build advanced analytics and real-time performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Experience in Strategy, Planning, or GTM within a Technology, Software, or SaaS setting.
• Proficiency in SQL and visualization software (e.g., Tableau) for large-scale data manipulation.
• Expertise in quantitative business analysis and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to C-level executives.
• Must be based in the United States.
