What you will do

• Provide PMO governance, reporting, and execution across multiple infrastructure integration workstreams.
• Coordinate with global technology SMEs, virtual teams, and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• Translate complex technical interdependencies and risks into structured plans and actionable outcomes.
• Prepare concise senior management updates, including milestone progress and KPI/OKR reporting.
• Facilitate deep dives and workshops to resolve blockers and clarify dependencies.
• Utilize Jira, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools for project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PMO, program management, or project delivery experience in complex global environments.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure environments (Compute, Networking, Cloud, Data center, End-user technology).
• Experience within top-tier financial services, merger integration, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Excellent written communication and executive presentation skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).
• Degree in technology, business management, or a related discipline (preferred).
