What you will do

• Lead multiple implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate vendor transition activities and invoicing solution deployments.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings across business, operations, and finance teams.
• Deliver proactive executive status reporting and project communications.
• Drive issue resolution and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience leading concurrent business implementation projects.
• Experience managing vendor onboarding or transition initiatives.
• Proficiency in Clarity PPM or similar portfolio management tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Experience with business transformation or operational process improvement.
• PMO or Program Management experience.
