Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA (at least 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: $92,000 - $161,000

What you will do

• Support the execution of multiple Finance & Workplace PMO initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and RAID logs using Monday.com, Jira, and Power BI.
• Track milestones and dependencies while identifying and escalating risks to leadership.
• Coordinate activities across Treasury, Procurement, Accounting, and Technology teams.
• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and materials for Steering Committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for working with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and MS Teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Philadelphia, PA for a hybrid schedule (3+ days in-office).

Nice to have

• Exposure to finance operations, treasury, procurement, or accounting.
• Experience with enterprise system implementation or modernization projects.
• Interest in developing into a full Project Manager role.
