What you will do

• Manage one or more intermediate to complex projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Lead projects in a safe, efficient, and risk-balanced manner supporting business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders through regular updates.
• Supervise up to two direct reports, providing coaching and professional development.
• Ensure accountability for safety processes and maintain a focus on Zero Harm.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Albany, OH for onsite work.
• W2 employment only, no C2C.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Associate degree with 9+ years of qualified experience in construction, engineering, or business.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all PMI PMBOK knowledge areas.
• Experience in construction safety practices, contract negotiations, and scope control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams.
