Account Manager

TL;DR

Account Manager (PR/Communications): Managing client relationships and executing integrated PR and influencer programs with an accent on strategic communication, media outreach, and project coordination. Focus on delivering high-quality brand storytelling, maintaining organized workflows, and driving organic growth for blue-chip client partners.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office).

Salary: $45,000 – $95,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client communication and manage account administration.
• Execute end-to-end influencer and PR programs, including sourcing, pitching, and performance tracking.
• Develop program materials such as press releases, key messages, and event collateral.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal strategy, editorial, and design teams to translate ideas into actionable briefs.
• Support strategy development and client presentations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a public relations agency.
• Proven track record in executing comprehensive PR and influencer campaigns.
• Strong media relations skills, including outreach and pitching.
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
