Account Manager (Digital Marketing & PR)

Location: Hybrid, Fort Langley, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CAD 60,000–70,000 per year, plus bonuses upon meeting eligibility criteria

What you will do

• Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, and outsourced vendors to deliver services on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Onboard clients and delegate tasks with clear scopes, timelines, and expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance and report monthly KPIs to clients.
• Co-lead campaign performance meetings and report staff performance to management.
• Support contract renewals, resale opportunities, and strategic problem-solving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role; agency or sales experience is an asset.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of web and social media analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of public relations and the media landscape.
• Ability to think strategically about long-term SEO impact while also developing engaging advertising content.
• Personal smartphone and personal vehicle required.

Nice to have

• College diploma or university degree in a related field.
• Agency or sales experience.
