- Onboard clients professionally and comprehensively.
- Delegate tasks to staff, defining scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure outsourced vendors meet quality and cost parameters.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Report monthly KPIs to clients and co-lead team meetings.
- Apply creative, analytic, and strategic problem-solving skills to organizational needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing account management role.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of web and social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Understanding of Public Relations and the media landscape.
- Ability to think macro (long-term SEO) as well as micro (engaging headlines).
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal smartphone and personal vehicle required.
