What you will do

  • Onboard clients professionally and comprehensively.
  • Delegate tasks to staff, defining scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure outsourced vendors meet quality and cost parameters.
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance.
  • Report monthly KPIs to clients and co-lead team meetings.
  • Apply creative, analytic, and strategic problem-solving skills to organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing account management role.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of web and social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of Public Relations and the media landscape.
  • Ability to think macro (long-term SEO) as well as micro (engaging headlines).
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal smartphone and personal vehicle required.
