Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid schedule with three days onsite each week

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end customer support for hirify.global distributors and customers.
• Coordinate customer expectations and internal activities across engineering, purchasing, scheduling, production planning, and logistics.
• Resolve day-to-day issues by phone and email, responding to incoming messages within 24 hours or less.
• Expedite orders, coordinate delivery instructions, and work with logistics on shipment requirements.
• Assist with booking containers and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Associate degree in a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in claims or customer service.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and be onsite three days per week.
