Client Experience Associate (IT Services)

Location: Remote, United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $19.65–$24.57 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to client requests and place basic orders according to company procedures and service-level requirements.
• Prepare basic quotes for standard products and support account-related quoting activities.
• Communicate order status, estimated delivery dates, and backorder information to clients.
• Track open and scheduled orders and provide administrative support.
• Generate customer reports, escalate complex requests, and coordinate issues with account managers and management.
• Process returned merchandise authorizations and explain the return process to clients.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of inside sales or a similar client-facing role involving extensive data entry.
• Experience with or understanding of ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong listening skills, attention to information, and ability to learn quickly.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
