What you will do

• Lead pipeline design and engineering for transmission and midstream infrastructure projects.
• Develop alignment sheets, routing plans, and detailed design documentation.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and flow analysis using tools like Synergi Gas, AFT Fathom, or PipeSim.
• Execute engineering calculations for MAOP, wall thickness, and stress analysis per 49 CFR 192 and ASME B31.8.
• Design and integrate facilities including meter/regulator stations and compressor stations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required (preference for PA/OH/WV).
• 5–10+ years of pipeline engineering experience focused on transmission systems.
• Strong knowledge of design codes ASME B31.8 and 49 CFR 192.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and pipeline system analysis.
• Must be based in the USA with willingness to travel to project sites occasionally.
