Manager, Human Resources (HRBP): Leading and delivering HR support for a new initiative at hirify.global with primary accountability for the Canadian workforce and a strong focus on Quebec. Focus on building and maturing HR practices, ensuring compliance with Quebec labor regulations, and partnering with technical and creative teams to scale operations.

Location: Must be based in Montreal and willing to work in the office at least 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Coach and advise leaders on people management, performance, and development.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, role design, and scaling strategies.
• Lead compliance with Quebec regulatory requirements including CNESST and the Charter of the French Language.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support immigration and relocation processes for international employees.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based HR teams to align policies and employee experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional HR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Quebec employment law and Canadian HR practices.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be willing to work in the Montreal office at least 4 days per week.
