What you will do

• Oversee key partnership workstreams, including contract coordination, implementation timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Manage Strategic Market Solutions (SMS) operations, including monthly reporting, budget tracking, and financial planning.
• Coordinate hirify.global Connect (XC) customer operations, managing contract lifecycles, renewal coordination, and pricing rollout planning.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of product enhancements and registry integrations across Product, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Develop board and leadership materials to communicate program status, risks, and key decisions.
• Drive structured execution of billing and commercial operations initiatives through strong governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or strategic business operations.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong expertise in governance, project planning, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Experience partnering effectively with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Product functions.
• Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
