What you will do
- Oversee key partnership workstreams, including contract coordination, implementation timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Manage Strategic Market Solutions (SMS) operations, including monthly reporting, budget tracking, and financial planning.
- Coordinate Connect (XC) customer operations, managing contract lifecycles, renewal coordination, and pricing rollout planning.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of product enhancements and registry integrations across Product, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Develop board and leadership materials to communicate program status, risks, and key decisions.
- Drive structured execution of billing and commercial operations initiatives through strong governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or strategic business operations.
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong expertise in governance, project planning, budget tracking, and risk management.
- Experience partnering effectively with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Product functions.
- Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.
- Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
