What you will do

• Lead program management for digital product initiatives within a client-facing engagement.
• Align priorities and execution plans by partnering with product, engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
• Build and manage program plans, delivery timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable workstreams and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between local stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and delivery status through regular reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager managing digital product initiatives.
• Deep understanding of how digital products are planned, built, launched, and improved over time.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, RAID logs, and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams on technical planning and delivery.
• Must be based in and able to work on-site in Sydney, Australia (CBD) 3 to 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or property management platforms.
• Experience managing platform modernization, customer-facing applications, or enterprise digital products.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services.
