Technical Program Manager (Risk)

What you will do

• Execute technical programs that require deep systems and engineering knowledge.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to define, scope, and drive large-scale programs to conclusion.
• Develop and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs.
• Improve team communication and operational efficiency to significantly increase productivity.
• Produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and technical documentation.
• Leverage data and technical knowledge to drive strategic decisions at the engineering leadership level.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information and provide recommendations.
• Proven track record of managing all phases of software development from kick-off to launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously and lead large-scale efforts across multiple time zones and functions.
• Must be based in LATAM

Nice to have

• Experience working in financial risk and compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python scripting or programming.
