What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the Fund Tax platform to automate preparation, filing, and distribution of tax returns.
• Reimagine partnership tax processes in venture & private equity leveraging AI.
• Map complex, manual workflows into automated product features to reduce human intervention.
• Define and execute a product roadmap balancing regulatory deadlines with architectural scalability.
• Translate tax-speak into technical specifications, logic trees, and data models for engineering teams.
• Ensure robust underlying data architecture supports audit-ready outputs with defined validation rules.
• Work with design to create intuitive interfaces for complex financial tax actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically building complex, logic-driven software products.
• Proven track record of transforming opaque, manual processes into streamlined software.
• Comfortable discussing data schemas, API integrations, and calculation engines with engineers.
• Strong analytical rigor, with an ability to dig into spreadsheets to understand underlying math.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging strategic vision and technical details.
• Intellectual curiosity and a hunger to master new, complex domains quickly.
• Resilience to thrive in high-stakes environments where accuracy and fixed deadlines are paramount.
