Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Plan and manage configuration management, QA, testing, and architecture projects.
• Maintain project cost, schedule, scope, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate application, hardware, software, and system-architecture baselines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of change requests from initial analysis to closure.
• Facilitate Design Review, Local, and Integrated Configuration Control Boards.
• Oversee software QA, regression testing, and release management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or Business Management.
• PMP, ITIL, Configuration Management II, Certified Configuration Manager, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• At least 5 years of technical direction and IT project management experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• 2+ years of experience in change management and process improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Federal configuration-management and change-control environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and requirements-management tools.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and Authority to Operate (ATO) artifacts.
• Experience managing software quality assurance and technical-documentation programs.
