What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of hirify.global implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with customer objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
• Establish project governance and facilitate collaboration between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and technical audiences to proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, or enterprise technology projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments in complex customer environments.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AIOps, or AI-assisted workflows.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.
