What you will do

• Design, build, and commission automated manufacturing equipment for development and production.
• Develop PLC, HMI, and motion control solutions to enhance process reliability.
• Execute equipment qualification and process validation to optimize throughput and repeatability.
• Analyze equipment performance data to support manufacturing readiness and scale-up.
• Maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics and control logic.
• Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation, and control issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of automation and controls experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for export authorization).
• Proficiency in PLC programming, industrial controls, and communication protocols.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing setting and lift over 50lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel up to 30% as needed.
