What you will do

• Manage new program implementation including controls design, equipment build, and plant installation.
• Design and troubleshoot electrical control systems for high-quality parts production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet program timing milestones and project deliverables.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to less experienced engineers and external suppliers.
• Conduct project report-outs to senior management regarding launch status and performance.
• Support existing programs through on-site troubleshooting and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a controls or process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in PLC and HMI programming, Ethernet, and Devicenet networks.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems.
• Experience with servo motors, motion control, and drive systems.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for domestic and international project support.
