What you will do

• Assemble, install, and test flight hardware using precision calibrated tools.
• Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing and install electrical wire harnesses.
• Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions for assembly.
• Provide critical design for manufacturability feedback to engineers during early design phases.
• Collaborate with production and quality personnel to document manufacturing activities.
• Ensure all production services are completed safely, professionally, and on time.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations.
• Experience with flight hardware in a manufacturing environment and ISO rated clean rooms.
• Familiarity with IPC & J-STD specifications and GD&T principles.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and applying adhesives or epoxies.
• Experience with forklift and overhead crane operations.
• Physical ability to lift 35lbs, climb, and work in tight spaces.
