What you will do
- Assemble, install, and test flight hardware using precision calibrated tools.
- Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing and install electrical wire harnesses.
- Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions for assembly.
- Provide critical design for manufacturability feedback to engineers during early design phases.
- Collaborate with production and quality personnel to document manufacturing activities.
- Ensure all production services are completed safely, professionally, and on time.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations.
- Experience with flight hardware in a manufacturing environment and ISO rated clean rooms.
- Familiarity with IPC & J-STD specifications and GD&T principles.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and applying adhesives or epoxies.
- Experience with forklift and overhead crane operations.
- Physical ability to lift 35lbs, climb, and work in tight spaces.
