What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage a book of business to ensure measurable outcomes like ROI, CSAT, and automated resolution.
- Guide clients through technical integrations, data flows, and system architecture across SaaS platforms.
- Optimize AI Agent performance through transcript reviews, data analysis, and implementation of best practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into value-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and utilization of solutions by fostering alignment with key client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical consulting.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients in SaaS, CX, or AI environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills for technical and executive audiences.
