What you will do

• Translate hirify.global platform functionality into quantifiable value and ROI for high-value enterprise customers.
• Drive platform adoption and ensure delivered solutions meet contractually scoped business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, guiding customers through workflow and change management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify growth opportunities and inform account strategies.
• Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with specific customer goals.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with a broad stakeholder audience through credibility and transparency.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement and strategy, ideally within a large consulting organization.
• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Proven track record of developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to strategic business priorities.
• Proficiency in programming, data integration, and tools like macros to create tailored solutions.
• Strong ability to translate customer outcomes into technical solutions and explain complex topics clearly.
• Must be located in the UK, Europe, or Portugal.
