What you will do

• Manage the master environmental compliance calendar and ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports.
• Oversee compliance for air emissions, water discharges, and hazardous waste streams.
• Act as the primary liaison between facility management and external regulatory agencies.
• Lead internal environmental audits and facility inspections to identify and correct compliance gaps.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights on facility performance.
• Develop and deliver site-specific environmental training programs for all personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in an environmental compliance role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations related to air emissions, hazardous waste, and water discharges.
• Proven ability to manage complex data sets and translate them into executive-level reports.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple permit renewals simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of working on-site in Peachtree City.
