Location: Must be based in or near Sandy, UT (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

• Identify market problems through research and data to rapidly build working product prototypes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to build intelligent systems.
• Champion customer experience excellence through iterative, feedback-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience in enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience working on AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-centric products.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to personally prototype solutions.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple global stakeholders and functions.
• Strong analytical skills with a bias toward outcomes and execution.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executive leadership and individual contributors.

• Experience in Customer Experience, Contact Center, CCaaS, or CPaSS platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model behavior and evaluation.

• Familiarity with regulated enterprise environments and digital channels.
