What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of dynamic enterprise planning capabilities.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as predictive analytics, intelligent scenario modeling, and natural language interactions into workflows.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Partner with UX and engineering teams to develop intuitive experiences for finance and operations users.
• Define data models and calculation requirements to support flexible enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or consultant within enterprise software environments.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, CPM, or EPM solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, including large language models and predictive analytics.
• Experience using generative AI tools and automation to improve product development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the United States.
