Salary: $164,800 - $247,200

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end electrical engineering activities including architecture, circuit card design, fabrication, and verification for an RF ablation generator.
• Own the electrical systems development, integration, and characterization for next-generation capital equipment.
• Translate system architecture and fault-mitigation strategies into executable electrical hardware solutions.
• Serve as project execution lead and scrum master for electrical engineering workstreams.
• Lead risk management activities including FMEAs and hazard analyses to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching to engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical systems engineering experience (or 8 with Master's / 6 with PhD).
• U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship available for this Principal-level role).
• Must be able to work onsite in Mounds View, MN at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with electromechanical systems or capital equipment.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601-1 and ISO 14971.
• Experience with RF Energy delivery, SOMs, and FPGA.
• Background in product concept development and validation of customer needs.
