Salary: $132,650 – $189,500

What you will do

• Partner with Revenue leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team health.
• Provide guidance on complex employee matters, balancing business needs with risk and consistency.
• Lead core people processes including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation cycles.
• Influence leadership through data-driven insights and direct communication.
• Support global and distributed teams by navigating regional considerations and cultural norms.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a People Partner or HRBP, preferably in a technology or fast-moving global environment.
• Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or Marketing teams is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HR functions including performance management, compensation, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain sensitive information clearly.
• Ability to challenge leaders and offer different perspectives with confidence.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends and recommend actions.
