What you will do

• Partner with the CDIO to translate AI and technology strategies into a prioritized, integrated people and organizational agenda.
• Act as the chief architect for Data/Tech/AI organizational design, improving delivery velocity and accountability.
• Own the talent strategy for technical job families, maintaining role architecture, skills expectations, and succession depth.
• Drive strategic workforce planning using build/buy/borrow approaches and upskilling pathways as roles evolve with AI.
• Coach senior leaders and facilitate leadership journeys to strengthen cohesion, decision quality, and accountability.
• Leverage AI and analytics to generate talent intelligence and automate HR workflows to improve throughput and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA (Hybrid or On-Site).
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant partnership with senior leaders in highly technical organizations (AI, Data, Engineering).
• Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and organization design.
• Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and AI to inform HR decisions and streamline processes.
• Strong understanding of Data/Technology/AI operating models and AI-driven transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
