Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into actionable organizational and talent strategies.
- Drive People Ops execution across both corporate business functions and the medical/clinical organization.
- Design and implement end-to-end career pathways and retention initiatives for clinicians during rapid scaling.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and total rewards.
- Establish data-driven HR metrics and systems to measure and improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop programs to reinforce company culture and support organizational agility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
- 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role such as VP or Head of People.
- Proven experience managing People Operations across both corporate functions and clinical/field operations.
- Demonstrated success scaling high-growth companies (specifically 2x–3x growth).
- Hands-on experience building career progression frameworks and performance systems from scratch.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA) or HR certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Experience in HealthTech, Telehealth, or healthcare delivery environments.
- Experience navigating fast-paced, venture-backed, or matrixed environments.
