Financial Management (Finance): Providing financial analysis and guidance for the PAC-3 Production Program with an accent on forecasting, budgetary guidance, and cost performance. Location: Hybrid (Arlington/Dallas, TX). Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to start.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the PAC-3 Production Program.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership.
• Provide budgetary guidance to program managers and IPT Leads.
• Monitor cost performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Tableau, Cobra, SAP, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of FP&A, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
• Experience using AI tools within a business environment.
• Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines.
